All items are eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 3 days of the purchase date.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described on our website, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
If the item has no defect and the return is due to a change of mind, a 30% restocking fee or a minimum deduction of 25 MAD (whichever is greater) will apply.
